Getting a visa appointment at US consulates in some countries can be tough because of high demand and limited availability. It is important for groups to check and secure their visa appointments well in advance.
Being invited to the Olympiad or receiving an invitation letter does not ensure a 100% visa approval for groups or individuals. Visas are granted by consulates based on an assessment of the applicants, economic and social circumstances.
The deposit payment is refundable in case of visa refusal before April 16, 2024
