PROGRAM FEE

NEO SCIENCE OLYMPIAD GRAND FINAL PARTICIPATION FEES & PAYMENTS

• A 5% transaction fee will be added to credit card payments.
• Deposits are non-refundable. If a visa is denied, the deposit can be transferred to a new group member.
• The remaining amount must be paid no later than 10 days after the visas are issued and this date should not exceed May 1, 2025.
• A total of $900 is required to upgrade from a twin/triple room to a single room for a 6-night stay.

Payment Refund Policy

> Refund Policy for the Deposits ($250/$450) 

• Deposit payments are non-refundable.
• If a visa is denied, the deposit can be transferred to a new group member.
• Transfer is only applicable in case of visa rejection. (The form needs to be filled out.)

> Refund Policy for the Remaining Payment

• Remaining payments are non-refundable when made!

> Additional Payment Conditions

• Supervisors may register a new student to replace those whose visa applications were denied.
• If the new student receives a visa, payments made for the declined student will be transferred to (deducted from) the new student’s account.
• In case the Supervisor’s visa application is rejected, it is the responsibility of the school or group to arrange for a new teacher to accompany the group.
• The remaining amount must be paid within 10 days of visa approval.
• The organization committee and sponsors will cover the transfer, accommodation, meals and event/ticket expenses of teachers during the program in US.

OPTIONAL TRIP FEES

• A 5% transaction fee will be added to credit card payments.
• Price difference for using a single room; + $ 180 (per a night)

Payment Schedule

• To be paid along with the remaining amount after visa approval.
• This payment is NON-REFUNDABLE.

• Each teacher/school wishing to participate in these trips must register at least 8 students.
• The organization committee and sponsors will cover the transfer, accommodation, meals and event/ticket expenses of teachers during the program in US.

• The NEO Science Olympiad committee reserves the right to change the details of the program and daily flow without announcement.
